Mr. Onasis N. Yinyeh is a results-oriented development planner and a data analyst with extensive experience and knowledge in the planning and implementation of development projects in various areas of Ghana. He has a Bachelor of Science Degree (Bsc) in Planning from the University for Development Studies, Ghana. Mr. Onasis has worked as an Administrator for Rabito Clinic, Takoradi, and as an Assistant Programmes Manager for the National Peace Council, Northern Region. Mr. Onasis has adequate knowledge in developing data collection tools using mobile data collection systems and experienced in managing qualitative and quantitative data as well as conducting surveys for development interventions.
He has over four years’ experience in project design and implementation, community mobilization and facilitation, data collection and analysis, data entry and processing using statistical software applications, project reporting, technology-enabled monitoring and evaluation for real-time data collection using iFormbuilder, Fulcrum, Doforms, SurveyCTO and ODK. Onasis is proficient in the use of results based development approaches such as Participatory Rural Appraisals (PRAs), Logical and Results frameworks, Objectives-Oriented Project Planning (ZOPP) and Participatory Learning & Actions tool (PLAs) to propel development by achieving the intended objectives. He is a team motivator and can work with a team under pressure to meet deadlines. He has developed and built capacity as an effective member of a team with national and international organizations such as AU, United Nations Volunteer Programme, Misereor Germany, National Peace Council, and Project Citizen Ghana.
